•Hey guys! It's Dragon bringing you the EDA Rules and Regulations.
These are just some of the things that will help keep the academy running smoothly and efficiently and also to keep people from jumping at each other's throats.
•I would just like to say that these rules are NOT because I'm being strict, instead it's because I care about the safety of the students and staff here as well as their feelings and opinions.
•So without further ado, here are the rules and regulations!
1.) Please do not multi-post. If you can fit everything in one post, please do. There's really no need to just post multiple things under the same post.
2.) Please post more then just a one-word reply or post. Those can get quite annoying and WILL be deleted by a Mod or and Admin.
Also, if it comes to our attention that it's being done just to gain DP, then consequences will ensue.
3.) Absolutely NO blackmail of any kind. I can not be kind about this rule so I will just say that it will NOT be tolerated under any circumstances.
4.) Please do not disrespect ANY academy member, whether they are a student OR member of the staff. This can and will receive a consequence and also will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
5.) Please do not excessively use caps lock. It's quite annoying and can result in an infraction.
6.) Possibly being one of the most rules: Please, DO NOT argue with a Mod or an Admin. We are always trying our best to be fair to everyone and keeping things going smoothly, so do is a favor and please do not go against us. If you have an issue then please come to us and tell us what it is and we will handle it. We are NOT unreasonable and we will listen with our undivided attention.
7.) Please do not post links that may be harmful or inappropriate for ANY age group of users, or that may be harmful to the site. This will not be tolerated and WILL result in severe punishment.
8.) Please do not post religious comments. They start arguments easily and are difficult to get people forget about.
9.) Absolutely NO sexist jokes or remarks. We have members of each gender and these remarks will not be tolerated.
10.) Please, no flooding of the forums (mass posting for post count/dp). If you flood the forums you will have all of those posts deleted as a result.
11.) Please no bashing members or talking rudely to them. It is uncalled for and should never happen.
10.) For the final rule, Make sure you post things in the right section. If you're going to post something in the Test Center, please do not post it in the Suggestions forum, actually post it in the Test Center.
•These are rules to keep the forums clean and nice looking and smooth.
•The system for punishment of these rules is as follows:
First infraction: Verbal warning. (Depending on severity)
Two or more infractions: You will be informed that your ban meter and warning meter are being brought down.
Once your ban meter is empty you will be banned. (2 points on meter, 3rd infraction results in ban)
•Also, depending on the severity of the infraction, the user can be given more sever punishments.
•If a user continues to harass or anything of the such in forums or over DN or similar, Mods and Admin will ban/warn as they see fit from the entire site.
